Yoga with Natasha Shakti

With 23 years of personal yoga practice and teaching since 2017, Natasha Shakti brings a wealth of experience and a genuine love for yoga to every class. Her journey has been shaped by studying with inspiring Ashtanga yoga teachers at Ananda Ashram and Sivananda Ashram, where she deepened her understanding of yoga’s rich traditions. Her passion for yoga shines through in her teaching, as she combines timeless wisdom with a fresh, approachable perspective. She believes yoga is for everyone and sees it as a pathway to physical health and a more joyful, balanced life.

Natasha holds a Master’s degree in the Education of children with special needs, bringing a unique depth of knowledge to her work. She seamlessly integrates yoga into one-on-one sessions with children, using movement and breathwork to support communication skills, improve self-expression, and enhance emotional regulation by creating a safe, structured space for them to connect with their feelings and bodies. Through her compassionate approach, she helps children develop patience, responsibility, and resilience, using yoga to build both physical and mental endurance in a way that is engaging, supportive, and empowering.

Private Session

WHO IS IT FOR ?
People who can’t fit a regular yoga class into their busy schedule.
People who have injuries or illnesses and can’t find a group class environment that meets their needs.
People who want a class tailored to their individual needs. For example, hip flexibility, improving balance, reducing stress, post-natal nourishing, yoga during pregnancy, and yoga for population with special needs.
– People who would like to develop a home practice but don’t know where to start.
– People who want to develop and deepen part of their practice that their usual class does not cover in detail, for example, breathing techniques, specific postures or meditation.
– People who want to nurture themselves with a one-to-one restorative yoga session.
Small groups of friends, community groups or moms who would like a special yoga class just for them.
– Children with Special Needs & Those Requiring Extra Attention. Individuals with autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, or anxiety can greatly benefit from private sessions that incorporate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Yoga helps improve body awareness, emotional regulation, and motor coordination, while breathwork supports self-soothing techniques. Meditation and guided relaxation can enhance their ability to focus, reduce overstimulation, and create a sense of safety and calm. A one-on-one setting ensures that the session is adapted to their unique needs and abilities.
Adults & Children Looking to Improve Executive Functioning Skills. Those struggling with organization, focus, impulse control, and decision-making—whether children with ADHD or adults navigating demanding work environments—can use yoga and breathwork as powerful tools to strengthen executive functioning skills. Stretching and mindful movement enhance body-mind connection and self-regulation, while meditation trains attention and improves cognitive flexibility. By integrating breath awareness and structured movement, individuals develop better self-discipline, patience, and mental clarity in daily life.

A private session allows for a more intimate view of YOUR practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern. The sessions are tailored specifically to meet your individual needs, whatever they may be, and support you on to one. Taking a one-off, or a series of private yoga sessions, is an investment for your personal growth and health.

Benefits

Private

sessions

01 -
Improve Flexibility
  • Practice poses that stretch and strengthen muscles, improving overall physical fitness. Yoga’s focus on flexibility complements muscle strength by ensuring that muscles remain supple and elongated, reducing the risk of injury and promoting a full range of motion.
02 -
Muscles Strength
  • Yoga poses use your own body weight as resistance, which challenges and strengthens muscles without the need for external weights. For example, poses like Plank, Chaturanga, and Chair Pose engage the core, arms, and legs to support the body.
03 -
Perfects Posture
  • Yoga improves posture by enhancing body awareness, strengthening core muscles, and promoting flexibility and alignment.
Yoga encourages mindful movement and a deeper connection with the body, helping you become more aware of how you carry yourself.
04 -
Improve balance
  • Working with Natasha in a private setting offers a deeply personalized approach to balancing both the body’s systems and the mind. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, these sessions help regulate the nervous system, bringing a sense of calm and clarity while enhancing overall physical and emotional well-being. Whether you’re seeking to improve flexibility, release tension, or restore energy, Natasha’s holistic approach ensures that each session is tailored to your unique needs.
